Building a permanent home

What is Chabad of Clinton Hill?

For over eighteen years, our mission at the CJC is to provide a comfortable environment for adults and children to experience the richest levels of tradition and education that Judaism has to offer.

Set in a fun, relevant and non-judgmental environment, we present cultural educational opportunities, communal social action events and Shabbat and holiday programs.

It is our goal to provide this experience in Jewish identity to every Jew regardless of affiliation or background.

How can I help?

A Brooklyn Neighborhood without a permanent synagogue?

Initially starting in our home and then moving to a temporary space, we now have outgrown our current facility.

A larger building is necessary to accommodate our growing community.

Currently the kids programing during services is confined to the stairwell due to lack of space.

Our Shabbat and holiday services, kids programs, space for kiddush and receptions, will be greatly enhanced with this new comprehensive center.

The space will also have an exclusive bikur cholim studio apartment for those visiting patients at the Brooklyn hospital center and an apartment for the Rabbi and his family.

We are a recognized 501c3 and our  TID is  26-0453245

Please partner with us in this much needed worthy endeavor.
